The U.S. presidential race is sparking lots of interest in Latin America and the Caribbean. Many residents say they like the youth and promise of change of Sen. According to reports from WNEP-TV and the Associated Press three white Schuylkill County teens are charged with the beating death of a Hispanic man nearly two weeks ago. All are from well-known families in Shenandoah and some are on the high school football team. One of the teens charged is a Bloomsburg University student.
