The Spanish-language radio fundraiser helps raise money and awareness in Latino communities for children who are battling cancer and other diseases at St. Jude, the premier pediatric cancer research center.

The hospital’s daily operating costs are nearly $1.3 million, which are primarily covered by public contributions.

Opened in 1962, St. Jude freely shares its research findings with hospitals everywhere.
