Due to an acquisition of new technology, audiences will be able to tune in to the channel over the air through a converter box, as well as on cable and satellite.

The broadcast frequency for the over the air signal via a converter box will be Channel 60. Cable and satellite users can watch Mega TV® on Choice Channel 16, Liberty Channel 45, OneLink Channel 60, DIRECTV Channel 169 and Dish Network Channel 60.

Mexican journalist Alfonso "Poncho de Anda," will be one of the distinguished hosts of the new program and will be joined by a yet-to-be-named star who will be announced in the coming weeks. "Los Implicados" follows an "infotainment" format that combines entertainment and informative news with a focus on top personalities and well- known people in the news.

"Los Implicados" will air every Monday through Friday at 10:00 P.M.(EST), 11:00 P.M.(PT) beginning August 17 and will include clever interviews conducted by Poncho de Anda, who is known for his unique and broad vision of the entertainment world. The show will also use modern resources such as text messages, the Internet and the latest cellular technologies to "connect" with the audience.

"I'm very excited to be part of Los Implicados," said Poncho de Anda. "It's a modern, fresh and innovative show that is a unique alternative to other Hispanic programs. Alfonso de Anda, "Poncho," as many know him, started his career in Mexico in 1997 with group Radio Centro as a DJ on Alfa 91.3FM, one of the most successful radio stations in Mexico City. At 91.3 he also worked as producer and host of his own shows. As a DJ, he also hosted "Alfa's Top Ten" and the news segment "Alfa Entertainment News." In that same year, Poncho started working for Mexican TV as part of "Alfa Dance," a music video show from TV Azteca. In 1999 he became the main host of "Estudio 7," a youth magazine show with important interviews of famous people from the entertainment industry.

In 2001, he relocated from his native Mexico to the United States to work as the main anchor on "Fuzion," an entertainment news show for MUN2 television. In 2002, he became part of Telemundo-NBC where he worked for six years as co-host of the morning show "De Mananita" and "Nuevas Voces de America" under the supervision of Emilio Estefan. He also participated in many other specials at Telemundo including Miss Universe, The Billboard Latin Music Awards and the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. The movie will be released in select theaters in New York City, Miami and Puerto Rico in September and will be part of this year's Brooklyn International Film Festival with screenings Sunday, June 7 and Monday, June 8 at 6pm at the Brooklyn Heights Cinema.

Falling Awake is directed by Agustin and produced by Andrew Adelson. The movie stars Jenna Dewan, who starred in Step Up with Channing Tatum, as well as comedies The Six Wives of Henry Lefay and The Jerk Theory. It also introduces the talented Mexican-American actor/singer/songwriter Andrew Cisneros. Other notable cast members include Nestor Serrano (Bad Boys, 24), Julie Carmen (The Milagro Beanfield War), Nicholas Gonzalez (Resurrection Boulevard), Flaco Navaja (Fighting), Michael Rivera (Fighting) and rap artist Kazi Rolle.

Falling Awake tells the powerful story of Jay (Andrew Cisneros), a young Latino musician in the Bronx who struggles to find his identity in a home crowded with family members and a neighborhood of loyal friends and dangerous enemies. After he meets the beautiful Brooklynite Alessandra (Jenna Dewan), his determination to reach toward a wider world and realize his musical dreams becomes even stronger. But he is tied by loyalty to his friends and to his brother (Nicholas Gonzalez), who recently returned home from the war, and by the expectations of his frustrated, angry father (Nestor Serrano). As Jay fights to break free of the cycles of anger and violence that grip his life and his neighborhood, he learns that only love can help him grasp his elusive chance at happiness and comes to a new understanding that helps him take the long, uncertain leap into his future.

"This film is about real people, real everyday struggles, and real love," said Agustin. "I knew the Bronx would be a natural setting that speaks to people no matter where they're from. We had an amazing experience making this movie and I hope audiences will feel the emotion and truth in it when they see the film."

The transmission began on Saturday, December 13 at 8:30 A.M. and ended on Sunday, December 14 at 9:30 P.M.

The show was taped at the Natatorium in San Juan, Puerto Rico, where for 37 hours without rest, Julián Gil interviewed well-known personalities, and spoke with groups and individuals who also wanted tobe in the "Guinness Book of World Records" in different categories. Among them were a young athlete who swam for 12 hours straight, and two 10-year-old young ladies who skated for 14 hours without stopping. At the end of the 37 hours, the record was made official by Nancy Piñero and Luis Roldán, President and General Manager of Mega TV Channel 30 in Puerto Rico.
