The program will equip the participants with the practical knowledge to enhance their client service skills, including legal process improvement and legal project management, knowledge management, change management and negotiating alternative fee structures.

“It is fitting that Edye has been selected to participate in this important leadership program,” said Eddie Rodriguez, Managing Member of the firm’s San Diego office. “She exemplifies the qualities of leadership in her interactions with colleagues, peers and clients, and as a corporate attorney, serves as an important role model for young Latina women in the profession.”

As a member in the Corporate practice of the firm’s San Diego office, Ms. Bauer’s practice is focused on a full range of corporate and securities matters, including corporate formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, venture financing, and technology transfer and licensing. She has extensive experience counseling public and private companies in various industries, including life science, medical device, software, telecommunications, health care, clean technology and information technology.

In addition to her membership with the Hispanic National Bar Association, Ms. Bauer is a member of the American Bar Association, the California Bar Association, and the San Diego County Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in California.
