As founding chairman of the El Paso Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, I gotta tell you, Austin Hispanics have much to be grateful for. However, the recent firing of two Hispanic department heads by Austin’s Black City Manager, Marc Ott, could spell trouble ahead for race relations in Austin.
