MASCOTTE — Voters in this south Lake County city this week reversed a historical decision made two years ago when they elected Central Florida’s first Latino mayor. – The tables turned for Feliciano “Felix” Ramirez and Jeffrey Krull, whom Ramirez easily defeated in his landmark 2007 election with 68 percent of the vote.
