After taking by surprise electro pop alternative latin scene with “Pretenciosa”, a completely home-made record that was realised for free on the Internet, Denise Murz is ready to released “Gran Conquista”. And she will do it on NY!
“Gran Conquista” takes the best of “Pretenciosa” and makes it even bigger: pop tunes, powerful beats and shameless lyrics, they are all mixed with an effervescent attitude and an impressive live show.
“Gran Conquista” (means “Big Conquest”) takes sounds of new electro pop exponent such as european Yelle, La Roux and Kaskade and added them an alternative latin elements to show there´s still a lot of latin america personality on it: Balenova, Babasonicos, Miranda and Kinky are influences here too.
On May 13th, Denise will present her songs for the first time in NY and she´ll do it on Nacotheque (Fontana´s Bar, 105 Eldridge St)
