MoveOn.org Political Action released its first-ever Spanish-language television ad urging voters in Arizona’s 7th Congressional District to return Congressman Raul Grijalva to Congress to fight for jobs and improve education.

The 30-second television ad, which will run on Spanish-language television throughout Grijalva’s district until Election Day, reminds voters that Grijalva has always stood up and fought for them. The ad highlights Grijalva’s work to create good quality jobs in Arizona as well as his work to fix the broken immigration system and improve Arizona schools.

“Raul Grijalva is a true progressive champion and someone who fights tirelessly for his constituents,” said Justin Ruben, MoveOn’s Executive Director. “This ad reminds folks to vote next Tuesday and makes clear why we all need Raul Grijalva in Congress.”

“As a resident of Arizona’s 7th district, I’ve seen firsthand how hard Raul Grijalva has fought for the working families in Arizona,” said Daniel Garcia, a local MoveOn member and Grijalva constituent. “I hope that next Tuesday voters will remember that Raul Grijalva has consistently worked to improve the lives of his constituents, including fighting to bring jobs home and improve the education system.”
