Winn-Dixie Stores, Inc., celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month with authentic cooking demonstrations sponsored by Kraft at select South Florida locations. Chef Pepin, a well-known media personality who has used his humor and easy take on cooking to bring his mastery of international, Latin-influenced cuisine to millions of people, will provide a live cooking demonstration. Shoppers will have the opportunity to learn traditional Hispanic recipes using Kraft products including grilled skirt steak with fruit salsa, creamy parmesan mashed potatoes and strawberry mint mojitos.
