Kaplan University’s Robert Rodriguez Selected as Emerging Leader by Latino Leaders Magazine

“Latino Leaders magazine has named Robert Rodriguez, Ph. D., Kaplan University’s director of corporate learning, one of its “Inspired Leaders” under 40 in its current issue.

In his role at Kaplan University, Rodriguez provides academic support to the University’s 50-plus corporate alliance partners, including developing customized educational programs, delivering leadership development sessions, and participating in joint research on learning trends. He also conducts corporate workshops and seminars about Latino diversity in the workplace, including sessions on recruiting and managing Latino talent, and utilizing Latino employee resource groups.

Rodriguez, author of the book Latino Talent: Effective Strategies to Recruit, Retain & Develop Hispanic Professionals (Wiley, 2007) also works with Kaplan University to identify Latino nonprofit organizations for sponsorship opportunities. He has chaired and spoken at numerous conferences and events on Latino leadership.
