Juan Sepulveda, director of the White House Initiative for Excellence in Hispanic Education, and Yvette Sanchez Fuentes, national director of the Office of Head Start in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, will meet Friday at the Los Angeles County Office of Education in Downey with more than 250 school leaders to provide updates and get feedback on the Obama administration’s efforts to promote educational excellence for Hispanic Americans and all students.
