Chef, author, and television personality, Michael Flores, has coupled with MexGrocer.com to expand distribution of his specialty food products and to offer a blog featuring recipes, professional culinary advice and personal anecdotes.

Michael’s recently re-labeled gourmet products include various sauces, dips, candied jalapenos, pickles and a bloody Mary mix. One of the biggest crowd pleasers is the spinach, artichoke dip with roasted eggplant, an uncanny spin on an old favorite.
