Employment Verification: Repairing our Broken Immigration System
Tagged: employment verification, Immigration Policy Center, videoToday, the Immigration Policy Center (IPC) releases the next in our series of “Solutions Papers,” entitled: Employment Verification: Repairing our Broken Immigration System. Since this will affect immigrants and citizens alike, and because an error in the system can cost a worker his job and paycheck, it is important to make the system effective. This paper lays out the must-haves for any broad employment-verification system, and explains why a system like this must be implemented as part of broader immigration reform.
