“WHAT: “Semblanza Latinoamericana.” A celebration of Latin American culture through music and dance.

WHO: A collection of distinguished musicians and several dance companies entertain. Produced by Tierra Blanca Arts Center.

WHERE: Los Angeles Theatre Center, in its 499-seat Theatre 1, 514 S. Spring St., Los Angeles, CA 90013.

WHEN: Saturday, October 17, 2009 at 8 p.m.; Sunday, October 18 at 3 p.m.

A spectacular program of music and dance celebrates the cultures, traditions and folklore of Latin American countries: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Mexico, Peru, Uruguay, all of which have made cultural contributions to the most ethnically diverse city on earth, Los Angeles.
