Artgig Studio Launches Bilingual Business Website Portal – QueTuBuscas.com
Posted on: August 27th, 2009
Artgig Studio (www.artgig.com), a full-service interactive agency located in Westchester, NY, announces the launch of QueTuBuscas.com (www.quetubuscas.com) on behalf of client Fannie Lansch, a New York entrepreneur and President of the Westchester Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
Lansch enlisted Artgig to realize her vision of an online global marketplace, serving a community of Spanish- and English-speaking business professionals.
“Que Tu Buscas translates to a very basic question — what are you looking for?” explains Lansch. “So many people have questions and don’t know whom to ask. Now they have a place to come to get all of the answers and resources they need.”
The primary function of QueTuBuscas.com is to connect qualified independent contractors, “Experts,” with Employers. In the QueTuBuscas.com Experts’ Gallery, Employers register to post jobs and Experts register to respond to jobs via a secure communication system. Employers may also rate and comment on Experts.
According to Matthew Kicinski, president of Artgig, “QueTuBuscas.com is a very sophisticated custom system but we made every effort to ensure the user experience remains simple and direct.”
In addition to the Experts’ Gallery, the site also features a Classifieds section, where users may register to post ads in categories including employment, real estate, vehicles, services, business opportunities, and items for sale, and interested buyers may contact sellers using the secure communication system.
The Expert’s Gallery and the Classified Ads are linked with a secure e-commerce system and there are a variety of subscription and pay-per-ad options for use of the website.
Additionally, the site offers a range of business resources via custom content and live feeds from across the globe for breaking news and travel deals.
The entire website is built on Artgig’s custom CMS platform, providing Lansch content and system management control in the website Administrator Dashboard. The site is integrated with Google Analytics and AdSense. Artgig also created a custom advertising feature to target users with category-specific ads and/or users in specific countries.
“This is an exceptional project for Artgig,” said Matthew Kicinski. “It combines many of the standard registered community features found in 2.0 websites with a unique business concept and vision and we’re happy to be a part of it.”
Other notable Artgig clients include Turtle Pond Publications, www.miza.com/, Thinc Design, www.thincdesign.com/, and The Statue of Liberty – Ellis Island Foundation, www.flagoffaces.com/.
