The LATINA Style 50, according to the , “has become the most prestigious analysis of corporate America’s efforts for promoting diversity and providing career advancement opportunities for Hispanic women.” Companies that are considered for listing on the LATINA Style 50 are evaluated based on their percentage of Latina employees and Latinas in senior management positions as well as employee-benefit programs.
