Judge Rules in Univision’s Favor in Internet Rights Litigation with Televisa – Televisa Prohibited from Broadcasting Programs over the Internet into the U.S.

Gutierrez in Los Angeles Federal Court has ruled in ’s favor in the Internet rights litigation with Grupo , S.A.B. Judge Gutierrez’ ruling prohibits from broadcasting over the Internet in the United States programs it has licensed to under the Program License Agreement. is exploring its legal options in order to provide this content to its audience over the Internet in the U.S. in the future.
