Ontario Convention Center Caters to Quinceañera Celebrations

Quinceañera preparations require time and effort. Families can spend months to plan the perfect celebration. So here are some tips, advice and resources available for families:

* Find flexible ballroom or meeting space that can accommodate the smallest to the largest party.
* Look for places that offer added enhancements for your party; ask if the venue can arrange for special touches such as chair covers, floral arrangements and room décor. Some places even have resources such as full audio/visual support for that special quinceañera video.
* Find a place that offers value for your dollar; the city of Ontario as a destination, provides real value: airline fares, rental cars to meal expenses, etc., are lower by 10% to 20% than other Southern California destinations.
* Catering is essential and finding venues with authentic menus can be difficult. Make sure the venue offers the selection and quality to make the occasion memorable

“It’s a little known fact that the Ontario Convention Center offers quinceañera packages that fit a family’s taste, style and budget,” Avila said. “We even have a South of the Border Buffet with enchiladas, tacos, stuffed chile, tilapia and fajitas; whatever a guest requests, we can provide it.”

Avila noted that the Ontario Convention Center hosts quinceañeras in its 70,000-square-foot, column-free exhibit hall as well as in its smaller 20,000-square-foot ball room that is divisible into three separate sections.

“A quinceañera is a special time and we want to make sure that the celebration is grand,” Avila said.
