Mega TV Launches National Show and Online Magazine ‘Las Divas De La Tarde’

“ (”SBS”) (NASDAQ:SBSA) and announced today the launch of a brand new national Hispanic Programming Block for women on the on Direct TV channel 405 and a new female-oriented online site that compliments all the female-driven programming and talent of SBS TV and RADIO under the umbrella title of “Las Divas de la Tarde.”

’s “Las Divas de a Tarde” programming block consists of three spectacular programs that will air Monday through Friday from 3:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. (ET) and 12:00 P.M. to 1:00 P.M. (PT) only on , which can be seen nationally through Directv Más Channel 405.

The new interactive Women’s site found at www.lasdivasdelatarde.com contains a whole universe of informational, educational and entertaining sections for Hispanic women including opportunities to listen to the SBS Female DJ’s via this site, programming information, health and beauty sections, fashion sections and entertainment news

For TV, the three new programs are: “De Mujeres”, airing Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays; “Sabor a Mi,” airing on Tuesdays; and “Patricia Tello en Casa,” airing on Thursdays. Starting January 2009 they will add a new program called “Casa y Estilo Internacional” and “Québec a la Carta”.

“De Mujeres,” the first program of its kind on Hispanic , brings an intelligent mix of true-life stories, the core of Hispanic culture, updated celebrity gossip, exquisite art and etiquette for all Hispanic women. The show will be presented by the dynamic Chilean hostess, Michele Ravilet, along with interior designer Andrea Romagna and the expert on etiquette Marcela Barragán. The program airs Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

“Sabor a Mi,” also hosted by Michele Ravilet, will air only on Tuesdays. The segment will inform Hispanic women about the culinary arts by experiencing the flavor of different restaurants around the world.

“Patricia Tello en Casa,” airing only on Thursdays, will be hosted by Hispanic ’s version of Martha Stewart, Patricia Tello. With her vibrant hostess styles, Patricia Tello will share the secrets of the home with the audience. She will provide advice on home improvements such as cooking, gardening, decoration, fashion and beauty techniques. In addition, Patricia Tello will show viewers that organizing, upgrading and renovating one’s home is easier and fun when you turn it into a special event.

In January, two more programs called “Casa y Estilo Internacional” and “Quebec A la Carte” will be launched in the block of “Divas de La Tarde.”

“Casa y Estilo Internacional” has won 2 Emmys, and offers a splendid array of information in different areas, including: interior design, architecture, art, fashion, jewelry, trips, spas, hotels, lifestyle and much more.

The segment “Quebec A la Carte,” hosted by Michele Ravilet, will combine reality with extreme challenges in the snowy, beautiful Canadian landscapes.

The Web site www.lasdivasdelatarde.com is designed to give strength to Hispanic women around the world, and is accessible via www.mega.tv and www.lamusica.com. In this portal, you will be able to listen live to the divas such as: Maria Regina Bustamante, Maria Elvira Salazar, Ileana Garcia, Daysi Ballmajó, Lourdes Ruiz-Toledo, Gloria B, Raq-C, Lupita del Castillo and many more.
