Twenty-two Mexican food manufacturer representatives made the trip to Texas Oct. 27 to 29 for the American Peanut Council and Texas Peanut Producers Board’s annual Fall Harvest Tour. The purpose of the tour is to lend key Mexican manufacturers insight on how and where the peanuts they purchase are grown, harvested and shelled.
