Mexican singer-songwriter Julieta Venegas was a critics’ fave, edgy-rock-en-español performer on her first two albums, and then went pop with her next two releases, which reached Spanish-language charts. Tuesday night before a packed Kennedy Center Concert Hall and an overflow crowd watching the free show on video screens in the Grand Foyer, a captivating Venegas and her 14-piece band used clever arrangements to bring out the exquisite catchiness of songs from throughout her career.
