“Jessica, a 2008 graduate of Immokalee High School, left last week for Michigan State University. She and several of her classmates will attend Michigan State in East Lansing through a program designed specifically for migrant students.

The Michigan State University College Assistance Migrant Program (CAMP) was initiated in 2000 and is funded by the U.S. Department of Education. The program is one of 45 in the nation and accepts 50 students to the program each year.”*
