Roberto Reyes and his wife, Patricia, who control the low-power station, say they’ve struck a deal with Monterrey-based Grupo Multimedios to broadcast its programs here. They’re renting a signal from Flinn Broadcasting Corp. In May, their station went on the air 24 hours a day.

They plan to replace some of the Mexican programming with Memphis-produced content. For now, though, watching can be a mind-bending experience.”*
