Only a month to go before the first-year anniversary of singer/keyboardist Jerry De La Rosa’s passing, recording officials are on the final mixing stages of the all-star tribute project.
De La Rosa, a native of Laredo, was an influential keyboardist/arranger whose tenure included stints with Jay Perez, Fandango USA and Los Big Chihuahuas. He passed away at 42 in San Antonio on Aug. 27, 2007 after a lengthy illness.”*
