Spanish Broadcasting System, Inc. (Nasdaq: SBSA) (the “Company”) will announce its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2008 on Thursday, August 7, 2008 before U.S. market hours.
The Company will host a conference call to discuss second quarter 2008 financial results on August 7, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. ET. To access the teleconference, please dial (973) 935-2407 ten minutes prior to the start of the call and reference passcode 54854071.
A live webcast of the teleconference will be available on the investor section of the Company’s corporate Web site at www.spanishbroadcasting.com/webcasts.shtml.
