“Baseball fans can eat Cuban sandwiches, plantain chips and flan during Astros games since the Goya Latin Cafe opened in April in Minute Maid Park. Last year, Secaucus, N.J.-based Goya Foods opened Salsa On the Go in Yankee Stadium.

Goya President Robert Unanue recently visited the Minute Maid Park cafe, and he spoke with Chronicle reporter Jenalia Moreno about the concession stands, the company’s Houston distribution facility and the rising costs of energy and food.”*
