“ALERTA Vice President Cristina Gloria has resigned from the local Hispanic advocacy group to enroll in a Ph.D. program at Chicago’s Alder School of Professional Psychology this fall.

Gloria, 40, was instrumental in launching ALERTA’s annual 5k race/walk fundraiser in 2006. Her last day as vice president was June 1.”*
