Engineering Services Network Inc. (ESN), a trusted leader in engineering and technology solution, has climbed the 2008 Hispanic Business 500, one of only 18 Virginia companies to make the list.

Last year, market conditions proved especially bearish for U.S. Hispanic companies. Revenues for this year’s HB 500 slid backward 0.6 percent to $36.1 billion, and more than 41 percent of CEOs cited market conditions as the top barriers to growth in 2007.
