“New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson says Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama could boost his party’s Hispanic vote in the next U.S. elections.

Richardson says that normally, the Hispanic community votes 65 percent Democrat and 35 percent Republican.

But he said today in Madrid that he thinks Obama will be able to conquer 70 percent of that vote.”*
