“Last night at Baruch College, Rep. Nydia Velazquez elaborated on the suggestion she made during yesteday’s New York congressional delegation conference call with Hillary Clinton that Clinton should be Barack Obama’s VP because he needs help attracting Hispanic voters.

Velazquez said she thinks Obama and Clinton would “complement each other,” and pointed out Clinton’s wins in places like Puerto Rico, Texas, Arizona and New York, which have a high percentage of Hispanic voters, adding:”*
