Did You Know? At the San Ysidro Port of Entry – between Tijuana and San Diego – over 100,000 people cross every day. It’s the busiest land border crossing in the world. The sheer volume of traffic makes it impossible for U.S. border guards to check every vehicle and every document. If they did, the border would shut down.
