A herd of colorful cows is poised to invade Tijuana.
They’re part of “CowParade Lala Tijuana 2008,” an art exhibit that will place 20 fiberglass cows painted by local artists, along with 50 others created elsewhere in Mexico, at several popular spots in the city.
The international public art exhibit was created in 1998 and has traveled to such cities as Chicago, New York, London, Tokyo and Barcelona, among others.”*
