“A Cen-Tex Hispanic Chamber of Commerce member who asked for a chamber membership roster before tonight’s election of officers tussled Wednesday with chamber director Joe Rodriguez, and both men were cited for assault.

Waco police issued Class C misdemeanor assault citations to Rodriguez, the Hispanic chamber’s embattled executive director, and to Paul Flores, a 46-year-old Waco attorney who sought a membership list to ensure that only qualified chamber members voted for new officers tonight.”*
