“The National Hispana Leadership Institute (NHLI) will host the Latina Empowerment Conference at the Detroit Marriott, at the Renaissance Center, from 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM on May 30, 2008. It follows on the heels of a successful women’s business expo presented by Cleveland’s Hispanic Business Association on May 16.

According to organizers, the Latina Empowerment Conference provides leadership training, inspiration and motivation to Latinas. The half-day event concentrates on leadership and professional development, networking, knowledge, and inspiration. “*
