“Six months after launching its first Latin American version, US social networking site MySpace has more than 7mn users and expects another 200,000-300,000 monthly.

In the second half of 2007, the firm planted offices in both Mexico and Brazil in an attempt to conquer Latin America. MySpace is also preparing to open offices in Argentina in mid-2008 under the firm’s expansion plan in Latin America.
