“A founder of one of Holland’s oldest Hispanic assistance programs said a new nonprofit organization has been formed to offer more community outreach.

The Lakeshore Latino Outreach Center does not want to cross paths with other efforts, Lupita Reyes said. Instead, it wants to help streamline help among Holland’s poorest.”*
