Cuban blogger Yoani Sanchez says the government has not approved her request to travel to Spain in time to receive a prestigious award.
The 32-year-old says Cuban authorities told her her case “is under review,” postponing but never officially rejecting her exit permit application, which is required of all Cubans traveling abroad.”*
