The latino community is setting a whole new stage for a unique beauty contest. As News 4′s Tricia Cruz shows us, the Puerto Rican Cultural Pageant teaches contestants the lifeskills they will need whether they win or lose.
Erica Ruiz was crowned the queen for the Puerto Rican Cultural Pageant in 2007. The soft spoken 16-year-old attends Hamburg High School.
