In addition to earning both private and federal scholarships, the UA junior now serves as president of the Northwest Arkansas Chapter of the League of United Latin American Citizens and is a member of Phi Iota Alpha – the first Hispanic fraternity on the UA campus. On Thursday, Arciga shared his story with about 80 Hispanic high school students from Rogers and Springdale.
