Pedro A. Cortés, Pennsylvania’s secretary of state, used the comparison as he launched the state’s “Ready, Get Set, Vote” campaign at the Cultural Center in Lancaster city. The campaign is designed to encourage the state’s Latino citizens to vote.”*
