“Congressman Mike Conaway (R-Midland) announced last week Midland College received a grant from the Department of Education in the amount of $2.8 million for the Hispanic Serving Institutions Program.

This grant is the third Midland College has received from the Hispanic Serving Institutions program with the Department of Education. Funding for this “Puente ACCESSO” project will begin Oct. 1.”*
