Fresno Congressman Jim Costa will have competition for his seat come November.
Jim Lopez, a firey community activist and GOP conservative, announced today he’s after Costa’s job.
The 70-year-old Lopez is currently the State Chairman of the Republican National Hispanic Assembly.”*
