“Sandy Gutierrez, president and CEO of the Pueblo Latino Chamber of Commerce, has been appointed to Gov. Bill Ritter’s new Jobs Cabinet.

Ritter formed the commission to “align the state’s economic development and education goals with funding and strategies for preparing a modern labor force,” according to a press release.”*
