La Casa Health & Fitness Center opened its doors Thursday. The center is sponsored by ProHealth Care and is located in the La Casa Esperanza facility at 410 Arcadian Avenue in Waukesha.
La Casa’s new community health & fitness center is open to the community, La Casa clients, La Casa staff members and their families. The fitness center is equipped with exercise machines, free weights and an aerobics area, and will be accompanied by a health center that partners with Carroll College’s School of Nursing to provide screenings, preventative services and health education to families, with an emphasis on Waukesha’s Latino population.”*
