“Despite calls for a , protestors could not keep thousands of people away from the Houston Livestock Show and on Go Day, KPRC Local 2 reported.

A record 71,165 people paid to get into Reliant Park on Sunday. The previous Go Day record of 70,481 was set in 2006.

Dozens of protestors lined the streets outside and said Houston did not represent and include Hispanics appropriately.”*
