“The SXSW Festival, held each year since 1987 in Austin, is one of the most important events for music and film fans, and in the last few years it has become a must-stop for performers of the Latino alternative music scene as Aterciopelados, Julieta Venegas, Molotov, and many more.

The 2008 edition will not be an exception, and the list of Latino bands and singers performing from March 12 to 16 is quite long.

Celebrities returning from last year’s event include the Allison boys, who will be launching a new album soon.
