Mayor Chuck Reed said Wednesday that San Jose should seek new management for the struggling Mexican Heritage Plaza, but whether the city runs it or hands control to another non-profit remains to be determined.

The city council will have the final say when it meets to consider the plaza’s fate the evening of March 18.”*
