Northern Kentucky University program takes mystery out of computers for Hispanic families

For years, Pilar Mason feared computers.

The high-tech machines were a little too complicated for Mason, who lives in Erlanger with her son Misel, 11, and daughter, Eggla, 13.

That all changed during an eight-week course offered to Hispanic families by Northern Kentucky University designed to take some of the mystery out of the instruments that have become a staple in nearly every home and business.”*
