“Emerging Latino Actor Lands Role in Major Motion Picture Film.

Multitalented Actor, Musician, CEO of Power Moves Entertainment and The Source Latino Magazine, Eric Martinez gets supporting role in the film “Oblivious.” Oblivious is a theatrical release action/ thriller/suspense written by Screenwriter and veteran music producer Marlon Campbell, who was also the original film distributor for actor, movie director Tyler Perry before signing to LionsGate. This action thriller will start production this summer in Atlanta, Georgia.

Martinez, a rising actor announced today he will portray a hit man in the film, Oblivious. Mr. Martinez, best known for his role in (Love Lies Bleeding) made his acting debut in the film as a gang member where he worked side by side with American actor Christian Slater. “I can’t tell you how blessed and thankful I am to Marlon Campbell for giving me this opportunity, and my publicist for getting me this role. I’m sharing the big screen with actors I admire and doing what I love to do” said Martinez.

Additionally, signed on to the film is actress Natina Reed co-star of the movie “Bring It On” and platinum selling girl trio “Blaque” will make an appearance in the film. Six time Grammy Award Winning Publisher, recipient of two Congressional Awards and Best Selling Author, Jay Warner has signed on to the film as Music/Creative Director, rapper TQ, Kandi multi talented and award winning Songwriter/Producer will make an appearance in the movie along with also co-producing the sound track. “There are several other A list actors proposed for the film and confirmation is expected soon,” states Marlon Campbell with Relentezz Films.

Although Martinez is pursuing his acting career he is excited about the future of his record label/entertainment company Power Moves Entertainment and the launch of his magazine Source Latino. Determined to succeed he has strategically positioned himself with a team of dedicated professionals from his staff at Powermove Entertainment to his agent Belinda Holbrook with Maja Talent Agency.
