“The Mexican Consulate renewed its partnership with El Rio Community Health Center to keep the Ventanilla de Salud - Window to Health - program alive.

The program, which reaches about 1,500 people a year, began here in 2006.

Its goal is to improve the health of Mexicans and anyone else who asks for help.”*
